Swipe>> instructed by a landlord to take up a bathroom floor as he was advised there was a mouse 🐁 nest underneath by a pest control company (no name and shame) unfortunately this was not the case so we will be back in the near future to re install a new subfloor and a tiled finish.
Fortunately the floor wasn’t in great condition anyway with lots of movement so all grout was cracked needing to be repaired.

Took my 14 year old son to @goldtroweluk to meet mr miyagi today aka @plasteringfx.uk to learn some basics like types of plasters (finishing plasters ie multi / dura / pure / magnetic) backing coats & renders the list goes on also the best product to use for different situations
He even cut a double socket out 👌🏼 hopefully next time he can get some plaster on the wall 😊
